## Trade Service Terms

To ensure the smooth and timely delivery of your project, MSME LTD requires a deposit payment prior to commencement of work. The deposit amount typically ranges between **30% and 80%**, depending on the material-to-labour ratio involved in the job.

Progress claims are issued at the **end of each month** for work completed during that period, with payment due no later than the **20th of the following month**.

These terms help us maintain efficient scheduling, secure materials promptly, and deliver the high-quality workmanship MSME is known for.
